Welcome to Concierge Nine. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Concierge Nine offers various services, including but not limited to airport concierge, executive chauffeur, and VIP suites reservations. Specific terms may apply to certain services, and these will be provided at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Payments

Booking: To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Full payment details will be provided during the booking process.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing (via email) and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining confidentiality. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing the requested services. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide the services or as required by law.

5. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other clients and staff.
  • Refrain from any conduct that may harm our reputation or interfere with the provision of our services.

6. Liability

Concierge Nine strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Delays, interruptions, or cancellations of services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the provision of our services.

7. Modifications to Terms

Concierge Nine reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
